Short stays of up to 4 days if available can be arranged dependant on weekly bookings. Prices vary depending on date. Please contact us for any short notice bargains that may be available.

Terms

Terms:- A non returnable deposit of £50 per week is required when booking and the full payment should be made one month in advance of your holiday. Please make cheques etc payable to Mrs. V. Williamson. Notice of cancellation must be sent by recorded delivery letter or by e-mail endorsed 'Request read receipt'. In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the period. If this is not possible we must retain the deposit.

Arrival. Rental periods commence at 3pm on the arrival day and end at 10am on the departure day. Would you please let us know approximately what time you expect to arrive in order that we can be at home to meet you.

Liability: WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS IN THE PREMISES OR SURROUNDING DRIVEWAY AND GARDEN.

Gas and Electricity are charged on the meter at supply tariffs at the end of the holiday.

Household Items:- The cottage is equipped with all cleaning materials except washing powder

Cleaning:- The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and checked prior to your arrival. We ask you to leave the property as you found it.

Breakages and Damage:- Please report breakages & damage as they occur, it is much easier to repair damage during the week, rather than on Saturday mornings when you move out. Spills & stains, especially on fabrics and carpets should be treated at once to avoid lasting damage. We have fabric & carpet cleaning equipment.

Smoking:- Because smoking is harmful and unpleasant to most of our guests the cottage has been designated a NO SMOKING area. We would ask you not to smoke in the cottage as most other visitors have told us that they dislike the smell of stale tobacco smoke.

Pets :- One well behaved pet will be permitted by arrangement in advance.
